Where do we make our products?

Our products are proudly made in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We use only high quality, natural fibres and fabrics. All Arles Studio products are made from 100% cotton tussor. A soft, comfy and breathable fabric, refreshing to sleep in year round. It feels incredibly light and airy, dyed by hand individually, keeping its natural texture and feel.

Which is the currency of your prices?

Our prices are expressed in US dollars.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what can I do?

Your order confirmation should arrive within a few minutes of placing your order. If you haven’t received it, check your Junk mail folder in case it’s ended up here. If it’s not there, please email us at info@arles-studio.com and we will check your order has properly processed then manually email your confirmation to you.

Is tax included on my order?

Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s & duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery from DHL and Arles Studio is charged for return of the parcel, the return shipping amount will be deducted from the customers refund.
Please contact your local customs office to find out if your order will incur fee’s prior to completing your purchase.

Our Packaging

We are conscious of excess packaging and the impact this has on the environment. This is why our packaging is made with natural, reusable or recyclable fabrics, such as our cotton tussor.
Our bags can be reused for storing, organizing, or packing when you travel.

Returns and exchanges
How to process a return:

1. Email us at info@arles-studio.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and all details of the item(s) you wish to return in your email. You will then be sent an email with detailed instructions and return shipping details.

2. Please carefully repackage your items in their original packaging and return via a traceable method within 5 days of receiving our reply email with return information. Goods received outside of this time frame (without prior agreement by Arles Studio) will no longer be eligible for return. All return shipping on change of mind or incorrect purchase is done at the customer’s own expense.
3. Once the item is received, inspected and meets the above conditions, we will assign a store credit to be used within 12 months of receiving. Returns, refunds & exchanges are processed within 15 business days of Arles Studio receiving the items. You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction to your account.

Arles Studio reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance your return is not accepted it will be returned back to you. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
